The Right of Withdrawal allows you to return your product and receive a refund without providing a reason, within the applicable withdrawal period.
For most products sold by vidaXL, you have 14 days from the day after you receive the product to inform us that you want to withdraw from the contract. If your order contains multiple products, the withdrawal period starts after you receive the last product.
How do I exercise my Right of Withdrawal?
To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires, using one of the following methods:
- Sending us the European model withdrawal form by clicking the Withdraw from contract button in the footer of the website
- Or in some other unequivocal statement sent to vidaXL at: vidaXL, Mary Kingsleystraat 1, 5928SK, Venlo, the Netherlands, webservice@vidaxl.ie
How do I return my product?
Once you have informed us that you want to withdraw, please return the product to:

The product must be sent back within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
We recommend keeping the product in its original packaging where reasonably possible and handling it with care during the withdrawal period. After sending your return, please provide us with:
- the carrier's name
- the tracking number(s) for each parcel
- proof that the product was sent to the correct vidaXL return address
This can be a valid tracking link showing the return address or a return receipt displaying the address.
What are the return costs?
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The cost of returning the product to us will not be reimbursed.
The cost depends on the carrier you choose and can go up to around €350 for large and bulky items.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs you paid for the delivery of the product to you except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for receiving the refund. Once the refund has been processed, it normally takes up to 10 business days to reach you.
