To receive your refund, it’s important to return your product in the state you received it in. You can check out the product, but not actually use it to try it out (e.g. it’s not possible cook with a pan and then return it).
The fee levied from your refund will depend on the type of return you chose:
- 44.99 SAR per product will be deducted from your refund when said return was organized by vidaXL;
- For returns that you organized yourself, no fee will be deducted from your refund but vidaXL will not be liable to refund the return costs you have incurred in returning your product.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund you all payments made for the returned products as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decisions to withdraw.
We can, however, delay refunds until we have received the product back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever comes first.
We will refund your money using the same method of payment you used to place your order. Once your refund process has started, you'll receive an email.
Please note that:
- Coupon codes are not refundable;

- Shipping Priority Fee is refundable only under the conditions outlined in the Terms & Conditions;
- If you selected cash on delivery, our support team will email you to request your bank transfer details.
