How can I return my order?

You will benefit from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal for your orders from VidaXL.
Your right of withdrawal period starts on the day the last package in your order is delivered.
During this time, you can inspect and try our product as you would in a store.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service team. We will keep you informed of return instructions and alternative solutions that may be of interest to you.
If possible, also provide us with the following information in your request:

- Order number
- Product information and quantity you wish to return/cancel
- Reason for return (not required)
- If you received a defective or damaged product, please include photos showing the product and the labels in the box (not required) .

Providing all of the above information will help resolve your claim faster.
