- Functions correctly and reliably;
- Is complete and undamaged
Defective products may include items that are broken, incomplete, malfunctioning, or unusable as described.

- Verify that the product is suitable for your intended use before purchasing.
- Follow installation, use, and maintenance instructions provided by vidaXL.
Warranty exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or weather conditions;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
If your product is covered by the warranty, vidaXL will provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Articles 10.2–10.4 of the T&Cs.
