You may request cancellation of your order if it has not yet been confirmed or dispatched. To cancel your order:
- Log in to My Account > Order History > Order Details;
- Click Cancel Product(s);
- Select the product(s) you wish to cancel;
- Confirm your selection and provide a reason for cancellation;
- Submit your cancellation request.
If you do not have a vidaXL account, you can request cancellation via our chatbot or by contacting our customer service team:

Has your order been cancelled?
In some rare cases, we can’t deliver a product and need to cancel an order. The most common reasons are:
- The item is out of stock;
- Our seller could not confirm your order;
- Address information is unclear or incorrect.
