Depending on the product and size of your order, we deliver the products in one or more packages.
You can find out in how many packages your order is being delivered by going into My Account > Order History.
If all your packages have been delivered but you're still missing some parts, contact our customer service team using one of the options below and we'll be happy to help!
Note: the Product Manual does not include the Parts List.
