How does cash on delivery work? – vidaXL

Select Cash on Delivery at the checkout to choose to pay the carrier at your door.
vidaXL will send you the shipment confirmation by email. The carrier will send you an email or SMS on the delivery day to inform you when your parcel will be delivered.
When you receive the delivery, pay your order together with the service fee of 15 AED in cash or by card to the carrier. If your order is delivered in multiple batches, each time you only pay for what is delivered at that time.

If your payment needs to be refunded for any reason, it won't be refunded in cash, but via a bank transfer. This payment method applies only to orders below 3600 AED.
